Come spend a day with the period dressed homesteaders and step back in time to the 1860’s. Visit the cabin, barns, school house, and moonshine still, Watch the smithy in the blacksmith shop, and the making of cornmeal in the milling company. See candles and lye soap made and browse through the general store.. Enjoy live blue grass music. Attend a short service in the McAdow Chapel on Sunday morning at 10am. The 10th Arkansas Infantry Company “A”, “The Quitman Rifles” will be camped onsite to protect the locals from the Yankee Missouri bush wackers. Lots more.. Concessions will be available.
