Instructions
  1. Microwave sausages according to directions on package (about 90 seconds).
  2. Spread margarine on bread slices. Sprinkle on lemon pepper, dried basil and garlic powder. Place in toaster oven. Toast top side only using broil setting, 400 for 2 minutes.
  3. While bread is toasting:
  4. Scramble eggs in a skillet, using a small amount of olive oil.
  5. While eggs are cooking, prepare avocado: Place half of avocado in bowl. Add Worcestershire Sauce, mash with fork and mix well.
  6. After 2 minutes, open oven and spread evenly divided avocado on each slice of bread.
  7. Continue toasting bread for 2 additional minutes on broil at 400.
  8. After toasting, remove bread slices and plate. Place an evenly divided portion of egg atop each slice of toast.
  9. Sprinkle on smoked paprika, if desired.
  10. Add sausage to plate.
  11. Sprinkle on Louisiana Hot Sauce, if desired.
