Cook bacon until very crisp; drain well. Break into 1/2-inch pieces and save. Beat together butter and sugar until fluffy; beat in egg. Combine flour and soda, stir into butter mixture. Stir in bacon, corn flakes, zest and raisins. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 13-17 minutes.
