Ingredients
Carrot Cake Icing
- 1 stick butter
- 1 8 oz package of Cream Cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions
- Mix and blend. Add grated carrots to cake batter and bake 30 minutes at 325 F. Makes 3 layers. Top with icing, recipe follows.
