Easy Enchilada Soup
  1. Place raw ground meat in a slow cooker, using a spoon to break up meat into chunks.
  2. Add cumin seed, red enchilada sauce, refried beans, salsa, chicken broth, corn and cornmeal and stir.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours.
  4. Ladle soup into bowls and top with sour cream, cheese and crumbled tortilla chips.
