oz. bulk pork sausage
cut in cubes
shredded cheddar cheese
salsa or picante sauce
Brown the pork sausage in a skillet and pour off the fat. Set aside.
In a 2-quart shallow baking dish, spread sausage. Top with bread cubes and cheese.
Mix salsa, eggs and milk and pour over the bread and sausage. Ensure all bread is moistened. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 F for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
