Golden Graham S’mores
  1. Line a 13×9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium sauce pan, heat corn syrup, butter and chocolate chips to boiling, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  4. Put Golden Grahams in a large mixing bowl and pour chocolate mixture in.
  5. Toss cereal and chocolate until well-coated.
  6. Fold in mini marshmallows 1 cup at a time.
  7. Press s’mores into the foil-lined, greased pan using a buttered spatula or spoon.
  8. Let stand for an hour, then cut into squares.
  9. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes then re-cut and serve.
