  1. Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing into two parts and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, vegetable oil and ketchup and mix well.
  3. For slow-cooker: Put wings in slow cooker and pour sauce on them. Cook on low for eight hours.
  4. For oven: Heat oven to 375. Place wings in shallow casserole dish and pour sauce on them. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
