Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons ketchup

Instructions
- Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing into two parts and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, vegetable oil and ketchup and mix well.
- For slow-cooker: Put wings in slow cooker and pour sauce on them. Cook on low for eight hours.
- For oven: Heat oven to 375. Place wings in shallow casserole dish and pour sauce on them. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
