
I got this recipe from my mom many years ago. It has been the favorite and most requested at church socials and family gatherings. It goes well with a pot of pinto beans, grilled steak or fried chicken !

Ingredients
- 2 c cooked rice white Minute Rice
- 2 c Mild cheddar shredded & divided
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 4 jalapeño peppers chopped

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix well all ingredients (-1 c. cheese) in a 11x15 glass baking dish and then cover with the other cup of cheese. Bake @ 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
Recipe Notes
1/4 c peppers makes it hot. If you want it less hot just add 1/8 c peppers.
