  1. Sauté mushrooms, bell pepper and onion in the butter for 5 minutes.
  2. Add pecans and cook 1 more minute.
  3. Put into a large casserole and add the two types of raw rice along with the seasoning mix and broth to the casserole.
  4. Mix well, taste and correct seasoning.
  5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed.
