Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef chuck preferred
- 1 1 oz. package of Williams Original Chili Seasoning
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 3 8.0z cans tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 15.5 oz can kidney beans undrained
- 1 medium white onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Brown ground beef; drain. Place in Dutch oven or four-quart pot. Add seasoning mix, diced tomatoes, celery, onion, tomato sauce, water and kidney beans. Cook on medium heat until slow to medium boil. Reduce to simmer for about 30 minutes or until onion is transparent (fully cooked).
