Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cavender's Greek Seasoning to taste
- 1 16 oz oz. jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 4 oz oz. can sliced mushrooms drained
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package 8 oz. spaghetti cooked and drained

Instructions
- Heat oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken on both sides. Brown 4 minutes on first side. Reduce heat to medium.
- Turn and cook 4 minutes longer. Turn off heat and cover.
- Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken from pan and slice into bite-size pieces.
- Put chicken back into skillet, add the remaining ingredients.
