Sheet Cake
  1. Put all ingredients in mixing bowl and cream together. Pour on prepared 13”x17” jelly roll pan. Cook at 350 F for 25-30 minutes or until done (do not overcook).
Icing
  1. In a sauce pan, cook sugar, butter and evaporated milk over low heat until thickened (do not overcook). Add coconut and pecans, and spread on cake while still warm.
