Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 2 tablespoons onion grated
- 1 small potato grated
- 1 carrot grated
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 large egg
Sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 can can evaporated milk
- 1/4 tspn black pepper
Servings: 9 x 13 pan
Instructions
Meatballs
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form into small meatballs the size of a quarter. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake until done, 20-30 minutes.
- Drain off all grease.
Sauce
- Mix well and pour over meatballs.
- Put in 9 inch pan (square or round)
- Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes, until bubbly.
