  1. Chop vegetables and place in stock pot. Pour chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and seasonings in with the vegetables and begin to bring to slow boil. Chop smoked sausages into bite size pieces and saute until slightly browned. After browning, put the smoked sausages in the soup mixture and cook until vegetables are tender. May add chopped cilantro while serving if desired.
