Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef or 1 lb.
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons parsley minced
- 1 6 oz. oz. can tomato paste
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash black pepper
- 4 oz. medium noodles
- Parmesan cheese
Servings: people
Instructions
- Brown lightly in skillet: beef, onion, garlic and parsley. Add tomato paste, water, sugar, salt and pepper, mix well. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add noodles, cover and cook until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese.
