Instructions
  1. Cut the meat into strips about 1/2 inch thick by 1 inch wide by 2 inches long.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix together. Make sure all meat is covered with liquid. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Take out the next day and drain the liquid off the meat. Lay the meat flat in a dehydrator and cook until all meat has been cooked to make jerky.
  4. Let cool and store in ziplock bags.
  5. 5 pounds of meats makes a 1-quart bag of jerky.
