  1. Combine cracker crumbs and butter, press into bottom and sides of 8” pie plate. Cook sausage , pour of all but 2tlbs of fat, add onions,cook . Combine Swiss cheese, eggs, sour cream and salt and pepper. Pour into pie shell . Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes until knife comes out clear.
