White Bean Stew
With fall just around the corner, I get to thinking about soups, stews, and chili. Here is a recipe that is great for fall lunches or supper.

  1. Heat olive oil or bacon grease and add meats with the garlic (if using fresh garlic)and the chopped onion, green pepper, cook until meats are no longer pink.
  2. Drain and add to a large sauce pan with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook over medium heat until heated thoroughly. Serve with cracker or cornbread.
