Nancy Meador is the new associate editor for Arkansas Living. However, she is not new to the Electric Cooperatives. Nancy worked for First Electric Cooperative in Jacksonville for nearly five years as communications coordinator and was a frequent contributor to the magazine.
An Arkansas native, Nancy grew up in Sherwood and now lives on her family’s homestead in White County. She has both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. Nancy has one son, Bailey, who lives in Little Rock and works in the agriculture industry. Outside of work, Nancy enjoys traveling in our Natural State, exploring museums and discovering new restaurants. An avid movie buff, she also loves binging television shows and listening to ’80s pop music.
Nancy looks forward to traveling to each of our local cooperative offices across the state and sharing stories of what makes cooperatives so great. Got a story of how your local cooperative improved your quality of life? Email Nancy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
