Arkansas Living’s 2023 Reader Photo Contest winners have captured moments in time, ranging from majestic to moody to merry.

Often, it’s the unexpected moments that make the most stirring photographs.

Dee Dee Conklin, who took “Charlotte’s Web,” shares, “I was a little disappointed because it was misting rain, and I was wanting to take pictures. I noticed a big spider web with the rain drops clinging to it, and it looked so cool. The end result was a happier me, even with the rain.”
