Witch Layered Mexican Dip

Makes 6-8 servings

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 cup prepared guacamole
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Black olives
  • Red bell pepper strips
  • Black tortilla chips

Mix together cream cheese and taco seasoning, and spread in a shallow pie pan. Mix refried beans and salsa in a medium bowl, and spread over cream cheese. Top with guacamole. Spread cheese around sides to make witch’s hair. Use black olives for eyes and red bell pepper strips for the nose and mouth. Make a witch’s hat out of black tortilla chips, serving with additional chips for dipping.
