Artisans Market on the Square during Bean Fest in Mountain View, Oct. 26 and 27 will showcase Arkansas arts and crafts from members and juried guests of the Arkansas Craft Guild. Returning artisans make the Market a special place to get heirloom quality crafts such as flame-worked bead makers Sage and Tom Holland, and Maria Smith, woodturner Liz Lloyd and her knifemaker husband Lewie. Also returning will be Doris Fountain’s fabric décor, the Leedham’s Spoonworks, and Tammy Pope’s goat milk soaps and lotions. Metal art pieces, stained glass, plus art pottery and quilts will be present. Don’t miss this great fall event in downtown Mountain View. The Market is located on Washington Street behind the white picket fence next to Mountain View Music. Show hours are Friday, 11 to 6, and Saturday, 9 to 4.
