Dogwood Hills Guest Farm in partnership with the Rural Community Alliance will be hosting a statewide youth cast iron cook off. Contestants will come from the five RCA regions to complete. The state competition will be held on November 3rd at Dogwood Hills Guest Farm. Prizes will be awarded to the top three junior and senior winners. This is a great opportunity to watch the next generation take on an old time skill! There will be several Arkansas Chefs doing demonstrations as well as many returning favorites. While you are on the farm you can tour the grounds, watch the demos, shop in the exclusively Arkansas Made – Arkansas Grown farm store and enjoy local musical talent.
