In the fall of the year, when the leaves begin to change, Artists come from deep in the Ouachita Mountains to share their unique works of art. Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. enjoy the many family fun activities. OAC is a creative focused street festival in Mena’s Downtown Arts District. The District is a two-block section of the Talimena National Scenic Drive through downtown Mena. It includes several art and performance related businesses and non-profit organizations. Each November, the street is closed to traffic providing a wonderful area for artist booths, demonstrations, art and craft instruction, live music, dance, vocal performances on our outdoor stage and inside each facility.
