apples

vegetable oil

Instructions
Heat oven to 350.
Spray an 8×8-inch cake pan with Bakers Joy.
Place all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Add the apples, eggs, oil and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour blended mixture into prepared cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
