Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 30 Jalapenos Remove seeds and stems
- 1 Cup Bisquick
- 1 Cup Salsa
- 2 Pounds Sausage
- 1/2 Pounds cheddar cheese Grated
- 1/2 Pounds Monterey Jack cheese Grated
- 3 envelopes Shake and Bake for Pork

- Mix sausage, Bisquick and salsa. Remove seeds and stems from Jalapenos (I use a potato peeler). Stuff the peppers with both cheeses. Wrap them with the sausage mixture. Beat the eggs and then dip the sausage wrapped peppers into the egg, roll in the Shake and Bake. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes. Watch them, sometimes they will get done quicker. These freeze well.
