Ingredients

1 (2-pound) pork tenderloin

Marinade

1/2 cup tamari (Japanese soy sauce) or regular soy sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Several shakes of pepper

Directions

Rinse pork and pat dry. Set aside.

For marinade: To a 1-gallon  sealable bag, add all marinade ingredients, swish around to mix. Add pork to bag and seal. Marinate for 5-6 hours, flipping pork after 2-3 hours.

Heat grill to 400 degrees. When hot, grill pork with lid closed for 20 minutes. Flip it, cooking for another 20 minutes. Allow pork to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
