Ingredients
18 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 (16-ounce) carton sour cream
1 (8-ounce) carton whipped topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (21-ounce) can blueberry pie filling or homemade (optional; could substitute with another flavor)
Walnuts (optional)
Directions
In a large bowl, toss graham cracker crumbs with butter. Spread and press into a 13×9 pan to make crust.
In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, sugar and sour cream. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract. Spread mixture evenly on crust. Top with blueberry pie filling and walnuts, or just enjoy plain
