Ingredients
- 1 cabbage head chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 10 ounce can Rotel
- Seasoning of choice

Instructions
- In a large pot, boil the chopped cabbage until tender.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef and add seasonings (I use Cavender’s).
- Drain the meat, add Rotel.
- Drain the cooked cabbage and add to the meat mixture.

I serve mine with cornbread!
