  1. In a large pot, boil the chopped cabbage until tender.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef and add seasonings (I use Cavender’s).
  3. Drain the meat, add Rotel.
  4. Drain the cooked cabbage and add to the meat mixture.

I serve mine with cornbread!
