Mix dry ingredients and add in butter, mix until thoroughly incorporated.
Press crust mixture into 9-inch pie pan using your hands or a flat tool (we find that a small metal measuring cup works great).
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Pour filling into unbaked crust and bake at 400 F for 15 minutes or until small bubbles form at edges.
Let cool on a wire rack and then put in the refrigerator until chilled.
Serve with whipped cream and a lemon slice and enjoy!
