Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cardamom

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1 orange, zested

7 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 eggs, beaten

2/3 cup dried cranberries

Directions

 

Heat oven to 350.

In a large bowl, whisk together the cake mix , cardamom, ginger and cloves. Add orange zest, butter and eggs, stirring until combined. Stir in dried cranberries.

Roll dough into balls, and then place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If dough is too sticky, refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Bake for 9-10 minutes, and allow to cool.
