Crescent Cookies

  1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Blend in flour and nuts. Shape into small ovals or crescents on ungreased sheet.
  2. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes or until cookies turn light brown. When cool roll cookies in confectioners’ sugar and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

Hint: I place at least 1/2 cup or more of confectioners’ sugar in a plastic bag, add a hand full of cookies and shake lightly. Add sugar when needed.
