Prepare one pkg of pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk. Using 9 x 13" ungreased pan , place layer of Ladyfingers (opened up into 1/2 sections) to cover bottom of pan.
Pour pudding over the Ladyfingers and let this set-up in refrigerator for several minutes.
Then put layer of Cool Whip over set-up pudding and place pan back in refrig. to keep cold.
Mix second pkg of pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk and repeat the layers of ladyfingers, pudding and Cool Whip.
Put crushed Heath bars over the top of the Cool Whip layer to finish.
Can be made a day ahead and keep refrigerated. Cut into squares to serve.
