Instructions
- in a 9 X 13 baking dish or cake pan. Place the 5 cups cut up Rhubarb in bottom evenly. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over rhubarb. Sprinkle 3oz of red dry jello evenly over the sugar. In medium sized bowl mix 2 cups water with dry cake mix. Stir until lumps are gone. Pour evenly over jello. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
