Ingredients
- 6 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon diced jalapeno jarred
- 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion chopped
- 1 pint grape tomatoes diced
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
- Peel avocados and discard pits. In a large mixing bowl, smash avocado with a fork until smooth.
- Add lime juice, jalapeno, cilantro, green onion, tomatoes, garlic, sea salt and pepper, mixing until smooth.
- Cover the bowl and chill for at least one hour. Serve cold.
