Ingredients
- 1 container frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 cup fresh blueberries if frozen thaw first
- 1 Can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 container whipped topping
- 2 deep-dish baked pie crusts cooled completely
- additional blueberries sliced lemon and mint for garnish

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash blueberries well to release juice. Add lemonade concentrate and condensed milk.
- Using a hand mixer on medium high, mix berries with juice until berries are fully incorporated and very few lumpy bits remain.
- Mix in whipped cream. Blend all ingredients together until mixture is smooth. Pour into cooled crusts.
- Freeze overnight or until frozen very firm.
- Garnish with blueberries, mint and sliced lemon. Plan to serve pie in a cool, air-conditioned spot — not recommended for outdoor picnics, as it will melt in heat.
