Ingredients
- 3/4 cup light corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 12 oz box Golden Graham S'Mores cereal

Instructions
- Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium sauce pan, heat corn syrup, butter and chocolate chips to boiling, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- Put Golden Grahams in a large mixing bowl and pour chocolate mixture in.
- Toss cereal and chocolate until well-coated.
- Fold in mini marshmallows 1 cup at a time.
- Press s’mores into the foil-lined, greased pan using a buttered spatula or spoon.
- Let stand for an hour, then cut into squares.
- Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes then re-cut and serve.
