1 cup cucumber, minced

1 cup sour cream

1/3 cup kalamata olives, drained and chopped

1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill

1 green onion, sliced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning

Salt to taste


In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
