Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In medium bowl, beat together all ingredients except almonds until well blended.
  2. Shape mixture into large ball; roll in toasted almonds. Cover and refrigerate.
  3. Let stand at room temperature ½ hour before serving.
  4. Serve with assorted crackers.
Recipe Notes

The lovely flavor of this cheese ball is predominately sweet. Good for dessert cheese course.
