Ingredients
- 4-6 each round steak
- 1 c Southern Fry Mix
- 2 pkg onion gravy mix
- 2 c hot water
- 1 med Yellow Onion diced
- 1 tsp garlic crushed
- 2 Tbs butter divided
- 1 can Cream of Mushroon Soup
- 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 Tbs sour cream

Instructions
- Wash and coat steaks with fry mix. Use skillet and 1Tbs. butter to sear off both sides of the steak for 2-3 minutes. In your Ninja Foodie or Insta Pot, sauté the diced onion and garlic in 1 Tbs. butter. Add the slices of steak to the pot. Add 2 packs of Gravy Mix to 2 c. of hot water to dissolve. Pour gravy mixture over the meat and onions. Set Ninja to High Pressure and cook for 20 min. Release the steam, open & stir in the 2 cans of soup and sour cream. Slow cook on low and cook until ready to eat.
Recipe Notes
This recipe can be made on the stovetop in a large covered skillet. Cook on low for 1 hour, add the soup and sour cream and continue to cook for 15-2o min.
