Ingredients
Crust
1 (15.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 large egg, beaten
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
Filling
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 teaspoons instant coffee
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 cup pecans, chopped
2/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Heat oven to 350.
For crust: In a medium bowl, mix together cake mix, egg and butter. Press into a greased 13×9 pan.
For filling: In a separate medium bowl, beat together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cocoa powder, coffee and butter until combined. Pour on crust.
Sprinkle on pecans and chocolate chips.
Bake for 30-36 minutes until set. Allow to cool before slicing.
