Moist Coconut Cake
  1. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, and bake in a 9×13 pan.
  2. While cake bakes, mix together sweetened condensed milk and cream of coconut in a medium bowl or pitcher.
  3. While cake is hot, poke holes in it, using the handle of a wooden spoon, and pour on liquid mixture.
  4. Allow cake to absorb liquid and cool. Evenly top cake with whipped topping, and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
