1 (16-ounce) package angel hair pasta
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 (16-ounce) bag coleslaw mix
2 cups coleslaw dressing


Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse in cold water, then drain completely before adding to a large serving bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

Note: This is a great side dish adapted from one of my favorite cookbooks, “In the Kitchen with Mary & Martha.” I visit Arkansas from time to time, and it is a beautiful state!
