Ingredients
Salad
12-16 ounces fresh baby spinach
6-8 mushrooms, sliced
4-5 green onions, sliced
3 boiled eggs, sliced
1/2-1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
Dressing
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 small onion, grated
6 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon celery seed
Directions
For salad: In a large bowl, toss all salad ingredients together; set aside.
For dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients. Pour dressing on spinach mixture.
Note: I enjoyed this delicious salad at church potlucks made many
times by a precious lady named Cookie; I make it now for my family.
