Arkansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc. (AECI) and Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation (AECC) recognized the 2025 Employees of the Year: AECI Utility Solutions Analyst Megan Clark and Senior Director of Corporate Communications Rob Roedel.
Clark was honored for her dedication and impact throughout the year, especially her leadership in launching a new enterprise system and improving organizational efficiency. AECI/AECC President and CEO Vernon “Buddy” Hasten praised her for “streamlining processes and inspiring everyone with her positive attitude.”
Roedel, a longtime contributor to Arkansas Living magazine, was celebrated for leadership, integrity and the positive, collaborative culture he fosters. His work strengthened outreach efforts through initiatives ranging from the Arkansas Member Services Association to statewide youth and community partnerships. Hasten said his contributions “strengthen our brand and build trust with members.”
