Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 6 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 small head cabbage, cubed
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
Directions
Add all ingredients to a Dutch oven. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Note: Notes: Can also be prepared in a slow cooker; set for 6-8 hours on low. This is an easy meal that I’ve fed my family for many years.
