Ingredients
Dressing
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Salad
4 cups mixed greens
1/3 cup shredded carrots
1 small cucumber, sliced
Cilantro, chopped (optional garnish)
Directions
For dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until combined.
For salad: In a large bowl, toss mixed greens, carrots and cucumber slices with dressing. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
