Ingredients
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups trail mix, chopped
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Line baking sheets with parchment paper, and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, adding vanilla extract with second egg.
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon and baking soda. Gradually stir flour mixture into butter mixture until well-combined. Stir in oats, trail mix and chocolate chips.
Place by tablespoonful on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 9-10 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from baking sheets. Store in airtight container.
