The Arkansas Agriculture Hall of Fame inducted 5 new members on March 3 at a ceremony at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock. This year’s class inductees were: Ellis Bell of Forrest City: Dr. Bert Greenwalt of Jonesboro: Chris Isbell of Humnoke: Steve Stevens of Tillar; and Jesse “J.D.” Vaught of Horatio.

The Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas are a sponsor of the Arkansas Agriculture Hall of Fame, whose mission is to build public awareness of agriculture and to formally honor individuals whose efforts have led to the prosperity of local communities and the state.
